Ford Ranger

This blast form the past is a 1995 Ford Ranger. Custom paint for Stylin Trucks and Ford Motor Company to show in the 1995 SEMA show.
After the body was disassembled and sanded, the graphic design was laid out and the top sections of the truck were masked.
The bottom was sprayed with a custom purple pearl base coat. When dry a yellow pearl accent was added for some pop.
With all the base colors complete, the project was clear coated with a clear tinted with just a hint of violet pearl, then sanded, and clear coated again to ensure a perfectly smooth finish.
When completed, this trunk was lucky enough to be chosen for the 1995 SEMA Ford Design Award in LasVegas and to be featured in the 1996 MATCO Tools Calendar.
